A personal, body-based practice

A 1:1 yoga session offers a quiet, individualized space
to move, breathe, and reconnect with the body.

​

The practice is adapted to where you are —
physically, mentally, and energetically.
There is no sequence to perform
and no goal to reach.

Movement, breath, and stillness
are used as tools for awareness, grounding,
and nervous system regulation.

How the session is held

 

Each session begins with a short check-in
to sense what is supportive that day.

The practice may be gentle or more active,
depending on what is needed.

There is no pressure, no comparison,
and no expectation to “do it right.”

Practical details

  • Format: 1:1 yoga session

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Location: in person (Port Macquarie) or online

  • Energy exchange: 120 AUD

There is no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare.

We begin with what is present.
